Thurmond Alford Jr - Thurmond excels at the intersection of Mindfulness, Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Generative AI. With a graduate degree in Design Thinking and over 20 years in the design industry (Commercial and Government), Thurmond uses his expertise to solve problems, spark creativity, and enhance well-being.

Thurmond is a sought-after speaker, guest lecturer, and former adjunct professor of Design Thinking at Virginia Commonwealth University. As a certified Human-Centered Design Practitioner from LUMA Institute, he researches design thinking methods for connections with modern mindfulness practices and their integration with technology to improve customer experience and user experience.
