Variety of UX Titles/Levels

The great variation in job title and levels can be confusing to figure out which UX roles are a fit. The Product Designer was the most popular job again this year with my levels including: Product Designer, Product Designer I & II, Lead Product Designer, Product Design Manager & Product Design Director

3.8 months

The average time UX Professionals have been looking for a UX role in a “very tight” &“competitive” market.

UX is an incredibly rewarding role. I value my opportunity and all the benefits that come with my job. I think what makes UX fun and frustrating is how fast trends change. I believe the biggest challenge in UX is staying ahead of the curve (being bold and innovative) without negatively impacting users.
